In the 100% Success strategy, the focus is confidence not motivation. The reason is that confidence is the key to action and it releases motivation. Without confidence and actions towards building confidence, motivation nearly always dies.
With a motivation focus, people will try to get people to create results as quickly as possible as this is considered to be the key to continued action. It is a doomed strategy, that works with a very small percentage of any network.
The only way to build lasting confidence and motivation is to build competence through learning skills. This is not rocket science, it is employed in every education course on the planet from learning to walk to flying to the moon [ie rocket science!]

What normally happens?
The traditional focus on networks is the development of motivation and what is known as ‘commitment’, ie for people to keep working. The reason for this is that in the Numbers Game strategy, incompetent new people are sent out with the expectation of creating results. To produce the maximum results, motivation in all its forms is used. As people are not competent, motivation is always undermined as confidence is lacking.
A traditional process is…the person joins, some information is provided and as much motivation is created as possible. The person goes out to talk to prospects, results are unsurprisingly poor and confidence drops [the person is not competent].
The sponsor then tries to motivate the networker focusing on attitude and then motivation for joining or building dreams of riches. The networker talks to more people, results are still poor thus confidence drops further. After a period of time [often a short period] the person loses all confidence
